My father had a job in Queretaro, some hundred kilometres north of Mexico City, for a few years in the late eighties, and we went to visit him twice. The second time round, I was sick pretty much the entire time, and came away with chicken pox, of all things! But I still managed to do quite a few drawings (well - couldn't do much else, really!) of which this one of the staircase at the Museo Regional, a beautiful colonial building, is perhaps the one that turned out best. Unfortunately the scanner has cut off the edges!
