Since I have not been volunteering for the Film Festival this year, I had to buy my own tickets, which greatly limited the number of films I managed to see - actually, I would have seen a few more but life intervened and pretty much kept me from attending anything during the first week of the festival. Also, admittedly, there weren't quite as many films I was absolutely *dying* to see, as in the previous two festivals. However, the films that I *did* manage to see were a choice selection - and I will be looking out for films that have been running in the festival, to come back to the local cinemas (most of them do - judging from the last two years, at least!) - so I will be posting more reviews here by and by.
